Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Requests made after this period will be considered by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will help arrange it with Paddle.

After the refund window

After 14 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds outside the 14-day window are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis in line with their Refund Policy.
