TermCrest ("TermCrest", "we", "us") provides terminology search infrastructure for professional translators. For the purposes of data protection law, TermCrest is the data controller of personal data processed through this service.

  • Usage data: search queries, features used, session and telemetry data.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers.
  • Support data: messages and attachments you send to our support team.

4. Who we share data with

  • Service providers / subprocessors for hosting, analytics, and customer support tooling.
  • Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and payment-related customer service.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities where required by applicable law.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.
