TermCrest ("TermCrest", "we", "us") provides terminology search infrastructure for professional translators. For the purposes of data protection law, TermCrest is the data controller of personal data processed through this service.

- Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send to our support team.

4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors for hosting, analytics, and customer support tooling.
- Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and payment-related customer service.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where required by applicable law.
